	Read, review and sort resumes based on the ideal candidate standards set by the client.
	Conduct comprehensive telephone interviews of the qualified candidates.
	Check at least two work references on the top candidates.
	Refer final candidate choices for hire or interview to the client
	All the above data and consultant notes on individual candidates will be sent to you for your files.
After we have completed the recruiting process your staff just needs to interview the top candidate and select the person that best fits your company and its needs.
